Before I announce the winner, I want to share something neat. Last week my horse, Zoeva, stepped on my foot (I was wearing flip-flops)... it was instantly black and blue. Thankfully, nothing was broken... but it hurted so bad! I limped to the house and grabbed my NaturoKit. I took out the Arnica and put 3 pellets under my tongue, then I took some Crisis Calm as I was feeling weak and dizzy from the pain. I felt much better after resting a few minutes.
Next, I took out the Calendula succus and dapped it on the nasty bruise... there were several light cuts that needed to be cleaned. I also had some liquid Arnica drops that I dapped around the bruised area and my whole foot. It was started to to throb and cramp up pretty bad. My hubby got me the ice pack and laid down with my foot up. That helped the pain a lot. About 1 hour later, I looked at my foot and saw that the black and blue colors were gone! It had turn a light red and the pain was almost gone. It was tender to walk on, but not too bad. By the evening, I was able to walk on it like normal with no pain... just slight tenderness.
